Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our policy begins from the date your jewelry arrives at your door. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your KARAH purchase, you may request a refund or an exchange within 30 Days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging.

Exclusions:
Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
- Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale within the Additional Product Information section on the product page.
- Sale items: Any item purchased at a discount of 50% or greater will be considered final sale
- Personalized jewelry: All initial jewelry, jewelry containing numbers, monogrammed and engraved items.
- Custom orders: Jewelry customized in design or specifications for you.
- Specialized orders: If we order a piece in a gold color, custom chain length, or ring size that we do not carry on our site
Refunds take 5 - 7 days to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account.
